At Giftuacraftea, we primarily offer digital products including downloadable templates, patterns, and tutorial guides for DIY party decorations. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your digital purchase from giftuacraftea.world, we offer the following options within 14 days of purchase:

• Replacement with a different template of equal or lesser value
• Store credit for future purchases
• Refund consideration for technical issues that prevent file usage

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• The downloaded file is corrupted or damaged and cannot be opened
• The product received differs significantly from the description
• Technical issues on our end prevented successful delivery
• Duplicate purchase made in error (within 24 hours)

Refunds are not available for:

• Change of mind after downloading the product
• Inability to use the product due to lack of required software
• Dissatisfaction with the final crafted result
• Purchases made more than 14 days ago

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or discuss a return, please follow these steps:

Processing Time

Custom Orders

Custom template orders and personalized designs are non-refundable once work has begun. We provide preview proofs for approval before finalizing custom orders. Any changes requested after approval may incur additional charges.

Workshop and Consultation Services

For workshop registrations and consultation services:

• Cancellations made 7+ days before the scheduled date receive a full refund
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before receive a 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before are non-refundable
• Rescheduling is available at no additional cost with 48 hours notice
